An extraordinary covered entranceway welcomes you into Hacienda Kass, the only hacienda style villa on the Soliman Bay. This unique beach house is one of the most architecturally exquisite homes on the Riviera Maya. A perfect combination for those looking for style, function and comfort on the beach.
The massive front door, a masterpiece - custom made of coba wood and wrought iron - opens onto a spacious open floor plan which includes the slightly sunken living room, a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen.
Most everything in the tastefully decorated living room - from the formal couches, to the wooden coffee table and leather chairs were custom made or hand carved in Mexico. Central air conditioning and the Rocco marble floors throughout the first floor will keep you cool. Custom made candelabra chandeliers throughout villa will light your way. Wood sculptures and incredible artwork from around the world complete the decor. Enjoy the 46” TV with Sky satellite and DVD player and the deluxe Surround Sound stereo system with Bose speakers throughout the first floor and outside by the pool. The combination of traditionally formal décor together with the modern conveniences makes that perfect combination for those looking for style and function and comfort.
In between the living area and kitchen is a wood dining table that comfortably seats eight.
Lights from the 16' beamed and brick domed ceiling accent the kitchen's industrial- sized appliances. Stainless steel refrigerator, six burner stove/oven, and dishwasher, and a complete compliment of accessories including a cold water dispenser for purified water, will meet the needs of even the most demanding chef.

The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with a leather lounger and a king bed. The en suite bathroom has an extremely large closet, a marble, double sink basin, a toilet and bidet and a swirled shower with natural color tile with a gorgeous ocean view. This bedroom also has its own access to the pool.
As you move about the second and third floors you will notice the lovely Spanish tile. The upstairs hallway closet has a balcony with a jungle view.
The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with leather loungers and a king bed with a Temperpedic (memory foam) mattress on a large, wooden 4 poster bed. The en suite bathroom has a Taleverra double sink basin, a toilet and bidet and a swirled tile shower with a gorgeous ocean view. The large balcony with an ocean view is perfect for massages. There is lots of comfortable seating and hammocks on the balcony (which is shared by the other two bedrooms on either side).
The Second Upstairs Master Bedroom has a queen size Spanish, antique carved sleigh bed. The en suite bathroom has a turquoise Taleverra double sink basin and a toilet and a swirled tile shower with a gorgeous ocean view. On one side, this bedroom opens onto the shared balcony with its gorgeous ocean view. On the other side, it opens onto an ample sized balcony with an outstanding jungle view.
The Third Upstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with leather loungers and a king bed with a rattan head and foot board. The en suite bathroom has a cobalt blue double sink basin and a toilet and a swirled tile shower with a gorgeous ocean view. On one side, this bedroom opens onto the shared balcony . On the other side, it opens onto the balcony with the jungle view.
The stairway to the third floor leads to a full bath with beautiful tile and a stand up shower. This bathroom services the guests staying in the Fifth Bedroom as well as those enjoying the view from the rooftop observatory.
The Fifth bedroom has beamed ceilings, a wrought iron candelabra chandelier, a custom made, wood armoire , a king bed and private access to the rooftop observatory.
From the highest point in Soliman Bay, your rooftop observatory will provide you with stunning views of the bay, the sea, and the immense jungle. Built in seating with comfortable cushions are perfect for lounging in the sun by day or soaking in the sunrise or sunset at twilight, or stargazing in the evening. Its also sa great place for cocktails served from the wet bar with refrigerator in the covered roof top foyer. The queen size lounge bed sleeps two people and is a wonderful private place as it is the only bedroom on this level.
The 15' x 20' infinity pool has a spectacular Grecian aquaduct waterfall that spills into the blue tiled pool. There is lots of privacy with an empty lot next door as well as a gorgeous stone wall , lush landscaping on the side where there are neighbors and beautiful gardens that surround the pool. The shaded covered outdoor seating area has hammocks and plenty of comfortable seating. There are also lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool.
A bathhouse with marble floors, cobalt blue tile, a double sink basin from Merida as well as a separate shower and toilet on either side of the sink makes this the perfect changing area. There is also an outdoor shower. By the pool is a unique large, round, glass outdoor dining table with a huge tree trunk for the base which seats 10 for casual dining on meals cooked on the stainless steel gas grill.
Just off the pool area, Soliman Bay offers some of the best snorkeling, swimming and sandy beaches on the Mayan Riviera.
